Delayed... Delayed... Delayed

I'm sitting here watching Air Canada's site refreshing the window to find out when her flight is leaving Calgary. It's delayed more than 30 minutes now. The weather had better just stop whatever it's doing because I really don't think I should have to wait any longer for this moment. There is freezing rain warnings right now and snowfall warnings for Wednesday. It couldn't be a better day to lock ourselves inside and cuddle in front of the fireplace with a bunch of movies. However, she actually has to arrive here first.

I can't remember the last time I've waited in such anticipation for something. My mind is constantly racing forward to the moment that I get to see her again at the airport and how wonderful her smile will be in person. I've already got the picture in my head as she walks through those doors.

Life has been so wonderful lately.
